知道東沃集團(tuán)的人不多,但是2010年上海世博會期間熱賣的世博護(hù)照卻是家喻戶曉，護(hù)照的發(fā)行即是由東沃集團(tuán)做的代理。集團(tuán)旗下共擁有景觀設(shè)計、景觀建設(shè)、文化傳媒等子公司和部門，其中景觀設(shè)計、景觀建設(shè)是該公司的起家產(chǎn)業(yè)也是支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。辦公室位于一棟辦公樓內(nèi)的5個層面，分別是9、11、13、14、15層。
People didn't know much about the Dow group while Expo passport, on the top selling list in 2010 Shanghai World Expo was well-known to every family. Dow group issues the passport as an agency. Dow Group has many subsidiaries and divisions for landscape design, landscape construction, culture media. The landscape design, landscape construction is the company started industry as well as the pillar industry. Its office is located at an office building and has 5 floors, namely the ninth, eleventh, thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth floor.
?????設(shè)計伊始，根據(jù)業(yè)主要求，新的辦公室設(shè)計必須簡潔、大氣，同時要控制造價和施工時間。為此，設(shè)計師提出“精、景、境”三個字的設(shè)計概念。精：是指精煉、精簡、精進(jìn)，景：是指景致、景觀、景象，境：是指環(huán)境、意境、境界。
At the beginning of the design, according to the requirements of the owner, the new office must be concise, atmospheric and at the same time, we must control the cost and construction time. Therefore, designers put forward the design concept, “conciseness, landscape, environment”. Conciseness refers to the precision and simplicity. Landscape refers to the scene and picture. Environment refers to the imagery environment, the artistic conception.
?????樓層的每層平面為長方形,兩端是電梯和樓梯,因此適合中間布置交通走廊,兩面靠窗布置辦公空間,以使最好的光線得到最大限度利用。在東沃租下辦公室前,幾個樓層為前一家公司所用,留下了大量隔墻玻璃，業(yè)主提出必須利用，以節(jié)約裝修成本。層中間走廊的采光,運用辦公空間的玻璃墻自然是最好的選擇。但是，由于拆舊拆下來的玻璃尺寸不盡相同，又是鋼化過的，無法切割，如何利用是個難題！為此，設(shè)計師將這些玻璃用每層不同圖案的分格法進(jìn)行處理，巧妙地把玻璃不同尺寸的接縫掩蓋了起來。分格圖案每層也不同，最終問題反而變成了一道風(fēng)景。中間走廊由于很長，每天的來來回回難免單調(diào)，為此，分別在不同部位設(shè)計了洽談區(qū)、茶水間或是衛(wèi)生間等的通道，有方盒子、月洞門等形狀，使走廊空間有了變化。十三層大廳遺留的原風(fēng)格元素很混亂，業(yè)主提出須簡化，但要保留原有樓梯的結(jié)構(gòu)，以減少施工成本和時間。于是，設(shè)計師采用加上去的“減法”，把原來雜亂的大量裝飾元素“減”干凈。每個樓層、部門的大小會議室共有十幾個，因此，每個會議室在統(tǒng)一風(fēng)格中使用了一些不同的材質(zhì)，使之多了變化。作為東沃集團(tuán)的原始和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，景觀設(shè)計和景觀建設(shè)公司位于九層。為了顯示出這兩個部門的工作特色，在入口安裝了古建筑拆舊下來的木柱，韻味十足。其內(nèi)部主要空間內(nèi)各有一條大柱子，將大柱子裝飾成了圓形，頂部做了樹冠的造型，并粉刷了綠色乳膠漆，如同兩棵大樹，象征了對自然的熱愛，顯示出了景觀特色。
Each floor is rectangular, and elevators and stairs are located at both ends of floors. Therefore the middle of the floor is suitable for traffic corridor. Office space is close to two windows in order to make the best use of natural light. Several floors are used by a company before Dow Group rents it and leaves many glass partition walls. The owner asks us to make full use of it so as to save the cost of decoration.Glass walls in office space can transmit natural light to the intermediate corridor. However, due to different size of glasses which are dismantled from the big glass and tempered glasses which can not be cut, it is difficult to use it. Therefore, designers paint different pictures on these glasses in line with the cutting line of glasses. This method covers up the joint line when connecting different glasses skillfully. Pictures are diverse and finally, the problem is turned into a scenery. Due to the long middle corridor, it is boring when you walk on this corridor every day. Therefore, we respectively create a discussion area, tea room or bathroom and other channels in different parts of the corridor. The pattern just likes square box or moon gate. So the corridor space has changed. The original style of the hall in thirteen floor is confused. The owner wants to simplify it but to preserve the original structure of the staircase for reducing the construction cost and time. Therefore, designers use "subtraction" to reduce many decorative elements which are disordered. Each floor has more than ten meeting room with different sizes. Therefore, various materials are applied to each meeting room ?under a unified style. So there are some changes. Landscape design and landscape construction company, as the starting and pillar industry of Dow group, are located at the ninth layer. In order to show the feature of these two departments, old wooden pillars which are dismantled from ancient building are installed in the entrance. This design has lasting appeal. The main internal space has big pillars and these pillars have round shape. The top of these pillars is shaped into tree crown, painted with green emulsion. These like two big trees and become the symbol of love for the nature, showing the landscape characteristics.
設(shè)計這般如此......最終實現(xiàn)了風(fēng)格的“精”，豐富的“景”，大氣的“境”。
The design...... ?finally achieve “concise” style, rich “l(fā)andscape” and graceful “environment”. ?
